Softbody Simulation

I need help with the softbody, if I import the figure with Easy Import and combine the whole thing with Vmd Retargeting then sooner or later something like this comes up with every motion.

You need to always bake the simulation, since realtime does break sometimes.

Ah thank you so much sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees, I actually used to do that but only when I had dForce clothes on.
