importer warning for render settings links to dead webpage

In the most recent development snapshot for 1.5 as of ca9baaeac05e, there is an import warning in a fresh default blender file. This warning directs the user to a broken link at http://diffeomorphic.blogspot.com/2020/04/minimal-render-settings.html

Fixed in latest commit. The text is also printed in the console, so you can copy the link and don’t have to type it by hand.
