Gaze inaccurate?

Issue #1351 resolved
Agust Svensson created an issue

The gaze bone seems to be too sensitive or something.
Here it's positioned at the camera's origin and so is the point light. Both rigify & mhx has the same issue for me.

All I do is export genesis 8/8.1/9 -> easy import -> rig to mhx/rigify

Version 1.7, Blender 3.4

It works as expected in Version 1.6.2.1075 (Only tried one older version to see)

Can’t get it. Please do a comparison with the “correct behavior” in 1.6.2. Perhaps all you have to do is enable the limits for the eyes ?

First is 1.6.2 second one is 1.7

Influence 0 on one eye seems to make it look good.

Fixed in last commit. The bug was due to a mixup between the old and new ways of making bones posable. The eye bone was both a child of the eye driver bone (old way) and had a copy rotation constraint (new way), so the eye rotation was doubled.
