toe morphs don't work with mhx

This is reported in the daz forum and I can reproduce the issue. Don’t know if it’s something I miss since I don’t use mhx with body morphs myself. It seems the toe morphs don’t work with mhx, though they are listed as mhx compatible.

steps:
- import G8F and merge rigs
- import mhx compatible body morphs and make all bones posable
- convert to mhx without hand/foot IK
- test for example the “toe spread“ morph, it doesn’t work
