use "copy transforms" for make all bones posable

I see that make all bones posable adds 3 constraints for each bone where position location and scale are copied from the driver. We can use a single copy transforms to optimize and simplify the setup. It is important to use split channels to avoid artifacts.
Unless I miss something if the 3 separate constraints are needed for some reason.

Commit 7e8333c works fine.
I see you used "aligned" instead of "split channels" but it should do.

repo owner This was the only option in Blender 2.83, which I used when implementing this.

Fixed in last commit. I didn’t realize that the copy transforms constraint could be used in this way.
