Convert to rigify option question

Hello, i Have trubles with rigify rig, i have some made animations for rigify before, and when I’m trying apply it to rigify what is made with ur addon they don’t work correctly. Yeah, there is an option create metarig, but i don’t want loose bones from daz (like hair bones e.t.c.). Looks like there is some trouble with hand and leg finger bones.

reporter there is main difference from rigify converted from daz rig and original rigify bone roll (also i need same rest pose, but that’s another story) also original rigify have different rotation mode, not XYZ, but quaterion WXYZ (last one was answer to my question). if u sill watching this, will be nice to fix it, cs there is a bit timespending thing to check and change every bone roll degree.

I’m not a rigify expert at all but I don’t think that all the rigify rigs are equal and you can port animations among them. There are various options for rigify. May be the animations you did used different rigify features. It depends on the features you choose when you generate the rigify rig.
You can however use a retargeting tool to “copy“ the animation among different rigs.
