eye textures missing after porting model to scene

seems theres an issue with eye textures, a portion(or mabye whole) turns transparent to be precise in material preview mode(eevee)
ive tested several times comparing between characters ive worked with, i guess the one based on genesis 8 seems fine,
wheras the gen 8.1 has errors with.
ill post two examples that shows whats happing
first ones the simplest gen8.1 base character without any modification. though parts of the eyes looks transparent
and below i guess i put gp character eyes made by groovy patrol, yes no such luck
in evvee seems to be the only issue not cycles but just want to make clear what i messed up.

okay foa im dumb person after all :(
the gen8.1 provides the tear mesh and that causes the transparency problem
so now i must eliminate this dumb question but dunno how to, can someone help me find the delete button thanks
