created a new issue, noticed status is ‘Submitted’--just wanted to know if this is normal now.

    Yes it seems it is, may be they’re new defaults of Bitbucket.

    p.s. Please cleanup your mess with tests.

    p.p.s. Since you didn’t I deleted your tests, do not do it again.

    Yes, I apologize, wasn’t intentional--I kept getting locked out and couldn’t even see my submitted posts anymore, let alone delete them. (Didn’t know they still appeared in the issue tracker). I also cannot access the issue about the JCM’s earlier, I click it and it says “Issue is submitted and under Review.” Again, I apologize and will not post like that again.
