Tabs aren't opening and closing correctly

I can not reproduce this issue with blender 2.83. 2.90 (windows beta git releases) All tab (include materials tab) open and close correctly without corruption UI like your video,,

Have you tried with 2.83 already? I think 2.83 should be more stable.

It's working with the latest commit
