Shoulder Rotation/Widget is Broken

Thomas that last commit (62417a4) with editing shoulder rotation messed up the rotation and bone widget when generating a Rigify rig (didn’t test MHX). Not only is the right side shoulder widget flipped upside down, but when posing with x mirror on, it causes both shoulders to lock together and seesaw when rotating:

1: Import character

2: Select Daz rig and generate metarig

3:Select metarig and generate Rigify rig

4: Observe and pose shoulders

or just select Daz rig and convert to Rigify rig directly.

    Fixed in last commit. This illustrates why we cannot use the original daz orientation everywhere; here it collides with rigify.
