Actually when the driver just scales bones, it can be replaced by the inherit scale attribute so we don’t need extra posable bones nor drivers.
I’m referring to twist bones but the optimization is generic.

Implemented in last commit. Apart from the twist bones, the toes also inherit scale. The metatarsal scale is driven by the toe scale, which is ok in DS but leads to a dependency loop in Blender. I resolved by letting both bones inherit scale.
