Daz Blender Render Issues

I'm having an issue my character/s import fine. However, the issue occurs when I view my character in render mode it comes up like this, and it eliminates lighting in the scene. How can I combat this issue? I attached the image

Lastly just to be clear these setting helps stop putting the alpha channel as the background? I’m a little new to difeomorphics so just want to be clear. Thank you so much
