'MhxBoneDrivers' is not defined when converting G9 rig to MHX

Converting G9 rig to MHX gives the following error:

NameError: name 'MhxBoneDrivers' is not defined
Steps to reproduce:
- Easy Import base G9 figure with default settings.
- Convert the rig to MHX.
- Error.
