Materials not right on import.
It’s often a problem between chair and keyboard with me but I just exported with Diffeomorphic Daz Importer (Daz in Geometry Editor) and clicked import DAZ in Blender (1.7.1.1703). If I remember correctly from when I used this before, maybe last year, the materials for things like lashes and hair were also applied. They seem not to have been this time:

The HD export is by Donald #191 and not supported by Thomas. Also it doesn’t work with shells and geografts so it’s more useful for scenes.
If there’s nothing to add we can close as invalid.

reporter Yes, I’m using the standard export now and it’s all fine. You can close.

bug. extended principled transparency. There’s a bug with extended principled, the base color for alpha-mapped materials seems to be ignored. Below an example with G8 eyelashes. BSDF works fine.
steps:
- import G8 as extended principled
- check the eyelashes material, the black base color is ignored and replaced with white

Commit 673c09c works fine, thank you for the fix.

Seems to be related to the HD export via the Edit menu dropdown. I tried with the script instead and it exported with materials fine except the material on the hair scalp (this is FE Punk Hair 2).
