Convert to MHX ( operator preset )

Hello,

Very trivial enhancement but since MHX start to have a bunch of options in the “ convert to mhx” how about an operator preset to avoid checking everytime.

Implemented in last commit. I also added presets to rigify and simple ik. The other buttons with lots of options are the various import pose tools, but it turned out that presets were already enabled for them.
