Bones not following the morphs

Hello, I just encountered an issue while working with morphs on my character. When I added custom morphs which changed the head shape to experiment with different shapes, I noticed that the bones didn’t follow, which means that the mesh is not properly following the armature and poses. What can I do?

As you can see, the eye bones are not properly centered because the head shape is morphed, and I have no way to make the bones follow the changes.
