BVH retarget support for SMPL

Hi Thomas,

Currently with this busy world of AI, many body mocap AI project if not most are using SMPL rig

I am currently using this Blender plugin that support all those project and also have a retarget to daz rigs.:

CEB 4D Humans (gumroad.com)

it have an included SMPL to daz GENESIS rig retarget however it’s not really good because it require a rest pose edit which is a big no for us daz users.

So i was wondering if it’s possible a direct convertion SMPL to Genesis 9 like what we currently have with MIXAMO.

I believe it will be a nice addition to BVH retarget

    Implemented in last commit.

    Since there isn’t a file to import, I use the Retarget Selected To Active button, which I just moved out from the Debug panel.

    The SMPL armature has a 90 degree object rotation. Retargeting doesn’t work unless we first apply this rotation to the armature. If the object rotation isn’t applied we now get an error.

    It works ! thank you Thomas for this great addition, bvh retarget is just a must now for everyone.

    however i noticed this issue with the knee, using a G9 after applying the retarget.
