Changing shader methods in the Material Editor
Issue #2031
invalid
There are parameters such as the method of Subsurface Scattering (Christensen-Burley or Random Walk) in the Principled BSDF shader that are not changeable in the Material Editor, and there are unique parameters such as IOR or Anisotropy for some methods. Can they be added to the Material Editor?

repo owner The material editor works with node inputs, not with parameters, so it cannot be added without a major rewrite of the code. What you can do instead is to convert the materials to a combo material. Then all skin materials share the same node group, so you can edit all skin materials in one place with the full power of Blender.
