Error installing the plugin in Blender.

Problem Steps:

I downloaded the latest versions of Blender and the Plugin. From the Blender menu, I selected the plugin by pressing "install".
The plugin appears on the screen and I checked the box, but this error appears.

This would happen if the plugin doesn’t find the settings file. I could reproduce the bug by renaming the settings files, and also deleting the old-style settings file in the home directory. In the last commit, the missing settings file is ignored and the factory settings are loaded instead.

Thank you for the quick fix. I didn't have the previous settings file, I formatted my computer and everything was gone.
