how to defining the target rig manually

I know the plugin has this feature, but I don't know how to use it.
On the left side of the BVH file, I would like to orient the left eye and sternum to the right. Can you please explain the specific operation method?

I’m not sure to understand what you’re asking for. If you mean you want to do it by hand then you could use a copy rotation constraint. But for generic questions on blender retargeting you better ask at https://blenderartists.org/

You need to get the bvh module then use “retarget selected to active“.
