Getting a metal like skin on characters

I was hoping you could help me with the issue it happens on all my characters… This is even after deleting preferences I tried with extended principled BDSF and different variations of both with SSS skin and alt SSS skin.. Thanks in advance for any help

In general it is expected for sss that you may have to tweak the shader to get it right. Usually it is enough to tweak the diffuse factor, but this may vary depending on the skin. If you can link the specific figure you're using I may be able to give a look.
