I found that with the 1.42 export, I can set the genital UV, but in the 1.5 version it is not possible.

You must specify the UV set for the shell materials in DS. By default the UV set are the Default UVs. If you select something else, that UV set will be imported.

You can also import UV sets afterwards in Blender, using the Setup > Materials > Load UV Set button
