Save local textures button inactive when when environments are imported

The Save Local Textures does not work with environments imported via the importer, the button is greyed out, it used to work earlier not sure which commit disabled it.

You probably haven’t saved the blend file. The textures are stored in a location which is relative to the current blend file, so you must save the file in order for that location to be well defined.
