Visemes issue

Issue #55 resolved
Noname created an issue

Hello,

After importing and loading visemes morphs looks weird for some.

Good example is W with cause lower lip to twist at some point, F cause upper lip to go very high (maybe that’s normal?).

Can’t test those in Daz as AFAIK it LipSync is only for 32 bit Daz, dunno if still it’s present there.

Regards

This bug was introduced when I fixed issue #47. For translations and rotations, the default value is 0, but for scale transformations the default is 1. It seems like that morphs drive the offset from the default, which is something close to 0, but animations set the scale value itself, which is close to 1. The latest commit should work, neither scaling lip bones down to 0 nor increasing the scale of posed character to 2.

Tested it and visemes seam to work correctly, including moho.

Also tested related bug for regression and loading characters and then poses (not face expressions 🙂 ) also works correctly.

Will do some more testing later over week and close this one.

    Regards.
