Eye movement no longer working after convert to MHX

Please find video in attachment, i am using Elsa G8.1F model of Shinteo.

The eye movement just stop working after convert to MHX and even make all bone posable before, i also try to move it with body morphs it doesnt move.

Really important issue.

    I cannot find any problems here. I don’t have the Elsa model, but I tested with Temari, another Shinteo character. And there is something wrong with your video, because I only see the first frame greyed for a minute.

    The mhx eyes can be posed when the original eyes can, i.e. either when no eye morphs have been loaded, or if the bones have been made poseable afterwards. The mhx eyes can also be posed with the gaze bones, even if the eye bones are driven. Note that you must make the bones poseable after all morphs have been loaded, but before the rig is converted to mhx.

    Temari and the rest of naruto/anime model don’t have G8F eyes you can’t test on them because they are anime style eyes which cant be ported to G8F you have to manually use the MAPPING in the shader to pose the eye or manually rig them in blender again.

    in this case ELSA it’s totally different it’s a G8F eye

    I tried it doesn’t work

    I tried the gaze bones also, the body morph, also to make bone poseable before convert MHX, tried everything.

    it works perfectly without MHX, but with MHX it doesn’t.

    this model is totally different then Temari, if you notice Temari doesn’t even have eyes to move. this how i move her eyes which is totally fine and easy lol

    but in this case ELSA it contain a real G8F eyes and you can’t move it with mapping on shaders.

    Very strange. I have no problems to pose Elsa’s eyes, or any other G8F or G81F character for that matter. At 0:53 of your video, the eye.L bone is neither driven nor locked, and the rotation channel in the Item tab does change. But why doesn’t the bone move in the viewport? Have the eye bones acquired some constraints perhaps? Copy rotation or damped track? (limit rotation is ok)

    thank you, i went to bake action cleared bone constraint for selected bones and it finally worked in MHX.
