Change unit scale totally demorph my character

Hello,
I want transfer some of my animation to unreal so i need change from 0.010 to 1
but when i do that
it totally deform the part where is there an animation, in this case the hands and legs.

I think what happened is that you selected the mesh rather than its parent armature. Then this kind of behaviour happens. In the last commit the tools starts with the parent (or the ultimate forefather) of the active object instead. Then things work for me.
