Add collar/breast -bone to rigify

Please, can you add the breast-bones to rigify armature

The breast bones are there, but they are on a hidden layer because they are driven by the collar bones and thus not poseable. If you want to pose them manually, Make All Bones Poseable before converting to rigify. Then the breast bones appear on the Custom layer.
