Plugin menus not showing after addon install

I am installing the latest plugin versions with blender 3.0.1 but the plugins menus then never show up on the right hand side. Any ideas?

I’m normally using a Win 7 computer so I only update when an unofficial version is available. But I downloaded 3.0.1 on my Win 10 laptop, and didn’t notice anything unusual.

I can confirm that blender 3.0.1 and diffeomorphic 1.6.1.0878 work fine here.

Here they work as usual. Do you use Powermanage or SimpleTabs? Or using the WorkSpace function? Could be that some addons have to be reactivated.
