minor issue with bones

Just noticed that all the daz bones are created as “deform“ in blender. The bones that don't get a weight map should not be “deform” bones. For example in G8F hip, upperFaceRig and lowerFaceRig are not deform bones.
Don’t know if this makes any practical difference, may have some minor impact on performances. But makes sense to fix.

Commit fae23f8 works fine.

Implemented in last commit. I’m not totatlly sure that this will not cause problems in some situation, but so far I didn’t encounter any.
