formLayoutHorizontalLabelClass appends on FORM_LAYOUT_VERTICAL

There is no any control if it is horizontal or vertical layout. But if you are not setting layout in widget it runs normally. Please, check out setLabelOptionsByLayout() function.

Also how can I set label and field classes from config (I'm saying about formLayoutHorizontalLabelClass, ControlClass and OffsetClass fields of BsHtml class)? Default values aren't suitable for me.
