Big EpicNetherGenerator Error!

Hey minelazz ! :) Why doesn't create the Plugin anything in the Nether world? Maybe there is a bug! I set "forceBukkitGeneratorAPI": false Because, if I write true, the plugin will not create anything. I wrote "/mv create <world name> nether" but the plugin didn't create anything... :(
