TheUnderGround 5.7 EWG 7.2.17 (not framework version, full paid for version) ENG 1.0.2

Crashes on server start. Have included the log and plugin list from a seperate EWG issue. All other plugins are up to date as far as I am aware and server is running latest(well, built last night) spigot.1.10.2
