Structure files were deleted and they aren't coming back?

So I tried to restart my mc server here recently and found in console where it said structure files cannot be found. So I looked in the folder and noticed that there wasn't files in it like before. I got this error log hopefully it helps. Oh and by the way this prevents my server from starting so please fix quickly.
