Crashes Server when loading chunks

When loading chunks the server regularly crashes and i have to delete my player data to rejoin, i have tired preloading the map using the world border plugin but the server still crashes every 50s. Same thing for me. Extremely annoying, soon gonna get a refund because the plugin is bug filled and not worth $40.

Use Spigot and not craftbukkit.
