Cant download structures even though they are all there

Hello, i am having some issues with the plugin. My server for whatever reason crashed on me so ive been trying to find what the cause it, not sure if its your plugin, probally isnt. In trying to see if updating plugins would fix i updated your one. Already it takes ages for EWG to even load but now im getting this error, http://pastebin.com/WXWGWUXp Its weird because all the structure files are there and i haven't changed anything in my world files yet. I love how i get issues when i think about changing up the generation, lol. Could you please help me out here, i have no clue as to whats happening.
