Errors on startup

Plugin version: Latest. Username: RockinChaos Issue: I am recieving errors on startup and when trying to generate a new world. I feel like I am being stupid and missing something but I could be wrong. These occur with a fresh server with multiverse installed. Here are the errors;

    Can confirm it was just me being stupid I was running it on craftbukkit instead of spigot.. Derp.
