Custom Biomes cause corrupted chunks

Plugin Version: 7.2.28 Spigot username: kixmc (Here)

Issue: I've recently implemented some custom biomes to my server. They generate fine, but sometimes biomes suddenly stop and are cut off, and other. I'm unsure if this is fixable, but I thought I'd give it a try. Here are the types of issues I'm seeing:
