Unable to start server and get this crash report

Attempted to reboot server and it is now crashed and won't load, keep getting this error. Already tried to re-install the plugin. This is currently hindering my players from getting on and any help would be greatly appreciated. https://pastebin.com/zC2kMYTU

I removed the plugin and my custom structures and restarted again and all is well.
