can't spawn structures

Plugin version: Spigot username: Thumbsy

Issue: I have been having this issue for awhile now. Every time I try to paste in a custom structure I get an internal error and no structure spawns although I can't walk through the area where I tried to spawn it. When I log back in later there are a few blocks but most of the structure is missing. I only want to paste them to test them however, and the same half built structures show up when I put them in the config file. This has held me up from creating my world for over a month now so any help I could get on it would be really appreciated.
