Epic Nether Generator not working after restart

Plugin version: ENG, version 1.0.7

Issue: Loaded the ENG plugin right after i bought it, I deleted my main nether world and let the server recreate the file hoping to load the new custom nether. It loaded properly the first time but after i did some workings with my group manager plugin and similar plugins like that, a friend who was helping me test my perms was in the nether and noticed that the new custom generation had stopped, and the old style nether remained. Now when i try to do the exact same thing the plugin will not even generate in the new world. I pasted my console log for the entire time I was doing things, I am terrible at these types of issues, as this is the first time I'm actively trying to start my own server.
