How to create world from image ????

I search since 15 days how can we create a world from image ??? Where i need to put the image ? How the world can be create from image ? What is the color code for all biomes? If I want to add new biomes, how can I put on my image the colors of the new biomes (custom) that I have just created? I find that we do not explain enough how we can do this: / I search but no information on official page or unofficial..
