EWG not working entirely, empty plugin folder.

I'm running spigot 1.12.2 and have tried multiple times to get EpicWorldGenerator to work. I've tried all the Pre-Releases and each time I start the server it claims that the plugin is present and loaded but the command does nothing. The EWG plugin folder is also empty spare for one folder inside of it. Nothing appears in console after executed any of the various commands either. When making a mutliverse world with normal settings it simply makes a default work, when using -g EpicWorldGenerator it makes an empty world with nothing but void.
