Spigot username: stifflered

Issue: Brand new server installation. Running PaperSpigot 1.13.1 - I get the below error in console on server startup.

Link to settings file (world-settings.json, possibly also biome settings if you have created your own): Brand new fresh install. Nothing changed.

Hmm I'm unsure. I'm still waiting for the developer to comment on my issue as well.

If you can just use Spigot instead of PaperSpigot

That's not really an option.

I'm just going to pregen the world and upload to the paper server.
