Configuration manager poorly documented, possibly broken

I found the Configuration Manager page on this site and clicked the link (because why wouldn't you?) and was presented with a series of blank forms and empty drop down lists.

Apparently, that's not how how you're supposed to use the thing. Indeed, the pages are a lot less blank when you do: /ewg edit world from in-game.

However:

• The documentation on the wiki does not describe the /ewg edit command.
• Even when using the Configuration Manager the "right" way, the drop down "Create from" list is full of blank options. Things are apparently not working right.
• In the absence of documentation (and I have read the whole wiki) people are bound to click the link at the top of the page and experience empty Configuration Manager pages.

In summary:

• The documentation for commands and the use of the Configuration Manager are insufficent.
• The site design invites incorrect use of the Configuration Manager.
• The Configuration Manager is malfunctioning to at least some degree.
