Server crashes on wb generation

The server seems to always crash during the world border generation. It isn't random, but more so at a specific point. It crashes when it is at 15.6% in the process. Reading the error, maybe it regards something to do with structure generation?

Issue #42 was marked as a duplicate of this issue.

EWG Build 7.2.1 prevents a crash from occurring, but an error relating to the structuregen still occurs. This time the wb fill continued, I believe it may have skipped the chunk with the structure.
