Cannot locate strongholds.

Plugin version: 8.0.2

Spigot username: FrederikTheDane

Issue: Eyes of ender and /locate lead to nothing. I've used spectator mode underneath the world to try and find a stronghold where the eyes of ender lead me. There is no stronghold, just caves. Seed I'm using is "-8851211541905059324" (without the quotes). Supposedly there should be a stronghold at x: 952 z: -1912. I'm not sure if they don't generate at all or just in the wrong locations.

UPDATE: After some investigation I can confirm that EWG does in fact genereate strongholds, although the eyes of ender do not lead to the correct location
