Caves are not being generated on the latest version

Issue: Caves for the exception of mineshafts are not being generated on default setup on 1.13.2

I am having the same problem, this is such a glaring issue that it is ridiculous that there hasn't been a fix yet, i'm starting to like this plugin less and less.

having the same exact issue, I can safely assume that's everyone's issue atm and it's a plugin problem. Seems like everyone is just waiting on a reply on the dev now for months :).
