Cannot generate a world.

Whenever I try to use multiverse to generate a world, it consistently generates a world identical to the one shown below. When trying to run the /ewg createworld <name> I get the “could not connect to backend servers.” So, as of now, I have paid $40 for some garbage. Please provide some help on fixing this issue. Thanks.
