EWG Breaks on creating new world

When I run the command /mv create worldName normal
the world starts generating but before it can complete it breaks.

Upon restart, I try to teleport to the new world but it says it doesnt know how to take me there so I import the world and when I finally teleport to it takes me to my default world generated with default Minecraft.

This is a 1.14.3 spigot server.
