Stuck at Opening (New Game+)

So it looks like when you talk to Bawr to find out where Akira's friends are, then investigate the entrance to the clubhouse, then leave...the event where it starts storming never starts. My guess is this is a game break, keeping the player from progressing with New Game+.

Unless I'm remembering wrong and I forgot to do something...

The mini-map should indicate the three locations you need to visit. It seems like you are missing talking to Michael in the top-right most house.

Yup, you're correct. I was going to say that the icons were missing, but they start turned off apparently. And I didn't think Michael was mandatory, but he was. So I guess this is solved :P Will continue with NG+ to try to find any more bugs.
